Third, in the links there are two pairs of skirts and shoes, so does that mean I can choose either?

The structure reference is how the neck and hair are supposed to look like. The color one doesn't have the correct adjustments, but has the right color.
The skirt one she wears is the first one.
The shoes she wears are the brown ones.

She's cute and I like her colors. Do you want her in any specific setting/pose with a specific expression? Do you want those same clothes?
Could you tell me a little about her chara? Is she shy, outgoing etc?

Character wise, she's cute and awkward, but only talks if she finds it necessary (or if she just can't hold her thoughts in). You don't have to draw her with the same exact clothes, but I'd like the stripes do be intact somewhere~. Expression... I''d like a qt 3.14 pouty face XD. For the setting.. Just something light would be fine ^ ^
