Forgive me being something of a single-string mandolin, but do you have any new art coming down the pipe soon...?

Honestly (hopefully not too much so)... I can relate to how you're feeling. I just can't seem to get anything going myself, except in short fits and spurts -- and I've been that way for the better part of a year now. Heck, just reloading the dishwasher tends to take a few days, because I wait until I've used up most of the clean dishes. I'm a mess
One of the problems *I* have, though, is that there used to be people in my life who I could turn to when I needed help with this sort of thing. The last of those was a close friend who was a talk therapist... he had been seeing me since I was six or seven (I'm going to be 34 later this year). He finally retired at the end of last year. While I understand his reasons -- he's getting rather old -- there's really nobody else in my life who's even close to being like him, and because I've never had to, I don't really know how to go about finding anyone else.
TBH, almost every session we had over the last year-and-a-half or so that he was "on the job", we just spent chatting like friends. An hour a week -- but it made a difference. I can feel what not having even that one weekly hour is doing to me. I'm concerned, but I don't have anyone to call any more... I honestly don't know what to do.

I feel like even when I have inspiration the execution of the inspiration feels daunting.
Kinda want to form a procrastination club...maybe later on this year.

I think part of my issue is I THINK I inherited my mother's chronic Low Blood Pressure so when I accidentally put too much salt (Himalayan or Sea Salt, not Processed iodized Salt) I snap to for a bit

That sounds very much like something to tell your doctor.
I know, I know, I hate going to the doc, too -- almost everybody does. But I gotta admit, an hour at the doc vs an extra week or two of being sick and miserable (the two go together for me, dramatically so) -- doc visit wins, hands down, every time!

You should get one immediately. If you're in the US and don't have insurance, PM me, I *may* be able to help (no promises, except that I'll do what I can).
But "I hope I don't get sick today" is really about the worst way to deal with it. I say all that, having been on the losing end of many arguments with local agencies that are supposed to be helping folks like me, folks for whom the (other? some days it's hard to include that word) civilized nations of the world have social safety nets that actually *work*. Mind you, almost all of these arguments are cases where I'm simply trying to get these agencies to do their dang jobs.
I'm by no means an expert, but every fight, win or lose, teaches me something -- which is part of why I have the strength, after more than a decade of this cr*p, to keep fighting -- I know that, although today probably won't be it, one day I *will* win. For all of us.

Been planning on finding one but the pandemic makes it difficult sine doctor's offices is likely a high risk area.

True, and a lot are canceling 'non-emergency' appointments... which oftrn gets a much broader definition than it normally would.
Protip -- if you live near what they call a "teaching hospital", where doctors in residency (supervised practice before they get the license to go out on yheir own) can practice on real people, that has worked very well for me.
Be aware though, that this is very much a potluck arrangement -- not everyone I know has had a similar experience in such clinics. There may be times you need to call the head of the clinic and say, "hey, this isn't working, I need to be swapped to another doc" or even withdraw from the program and go elsewhere.
