Okay but- Hear me out they're not violating the ToS if you actually read it it states 'No depictions of sexual intercourse which there's not, no depictions of masturbation which again is not present, Vaginal, Penile or Anal Penetration which yet again isn't displayed, Fluids? Artists draw to express themselves if you don't like what they draw shut your face and move along, artists draw to please themselves not to please others and certainly not you. Dude when this started the person she was talking to was posting links to art, uploaded to sta.sh, that was uncensored NSFW content and that IS against the rules. (Both for linking to pornography and for posting uncensored explicit porn with genitals in full view to dA)
They only cleaned their shit up after the first comment was posted.

Then how do you explain the Sexual content selection when using the mature content filter?
One of the explanations for it is "References to sex or overt sexuality, including sexually based humor. This category also covers images in which the character or model has taken a sexually provocative pose." Or the nudity option which says "If your work contains nudity, revealing the genitalia of a model or character or revealing a full female breast including nipples, you should assign this tag."
And if the rules were really enforced there wouldn't be accounts with nudes, trolls and bullies -.-

For mild sexual implications? Dude theres literally a faq that my friend linked up there that outlines exactly whats against the rules and what they were doing was violating them. You can't argue that and win.
Okay but it doesn't cover the use of adult toys or erections (which is different than just genitalia) which was in those files uploaded to sta.sh. I'm starting to think you only came into this after those links to the stash files had been edited out and therefor don't know the whole of whats actually going on.
Honestly I've been reporting porn for a little over a year when I see it browsing newest or it somehow gets put in my inbox from generic art promotion groups I'm in, and 9/10 times it gets removed within a few days after my report. So yeah, the rules are enforced when people step up and report it to the mods. (because it would be impossible for the mods to sit here and police every single devation that gets uploaded in a day to catch it themselves, theres just too much content by too many people uploaded for that to be feasible really)

If that is true, then why is there a sexual content filter? Why is there pornographic images in most general dA art groups? If that rule were really enforced, then more than half of dA would be gone.
