One question. When it comes to lettering a comic which is more recommended Photoshop or Illustrator?

The big deal in the past with the controversy for lettering in both programs was Illustrator's ability to make vectorized letters, where Photoshop's were always rasterized. Since Photoshop 7, the ability to create vectorized letters are there now, and some people's been able to do a decent job in it. For me personally. I go with Illustrator. But that's also what I'm used to. I also think there's more flexibility in it as well. But I do use Photoshop to do a lot of my sound effects, as I can get them to blend nicer into the artwork.
I'd recommend Illustrator, but that's because it's done good by me for over a decade. It really comes down to what you're more comfortable using. It doesn't matter if it's Photoshop, Illustrator or even hand lettered. Because in the end... It's all dots on a screen and ink on a page.

And if I remember correctly, it wasn't for any doujinshi or anything like that. He drew it just for the fun of it. In fact, it's not even really Sailor Moon. I think it's a random woman cosplaying as her.

We were going to have her show up in the comic, but things got changed and altered, and she got wrote out. Then we thought about giving her a one shot story, buuuuut the artist fell through. So at this point, I have no idea.

just picked up shadowgirls 1-5 from indyplanet, and im friggin in love!!!! always would check it out on the web but never had time to read it on the comp anywhoo i was wondering when the rest were coming to print and if theyll be on indyplanet or not?

The individual issues probably won't be released, but a collection is planned someday. When? I won't lie. I have no idea. It probably won't be through IndyPlanet, but I'm not sure. We're still figuring out some options here.
Sorry, I wish I had more of an answer here for you. It is something I want done though. I'm glad you like the story though.
The comic's on hiatus on the web until January, to allow me to catch up and get an issue or two done before we launch. Might allow for a perfect time to catch up and stuff. (Sorry, I had to be a shill there for a moment.
