Yeah. Now that I think about it, the 5ds WC games have a silent protagonist as the character could have duel dialogue set, but in terms of the story, the player was restricted to answer options and other characters doing the talking.
The silent protagonist is a common troupe. It allows the player to insert themselves into the story instead of having a player watch an interactive story. Those can be fun, but as an rpg fan I prefer to have a silent protagonist.

No need for love potions - One-shot requestNote: This is a shipping request between two Yugioh monsters. To make it just a bit easier I assigned characters names. They are as follows:
Dark Magician: Master Mahad
Alchemic Magician: Jade
Downerd Magician: Violet
Akashic Magician: Hannah
Now let us continue to the story.

The shop had never been so busy. A line of customers reached from the alleyway entrance to the order counter. Correction; order counters. Jade and Violet's once quiet potion shop had become very popular after Master Mahad had stopped by for a simple sleeping drought.
It was just a sleeping drought! Master Mahad could've made one himself with no trouble, but apparently he was tired after a day of visiting with the elders. Jade smiled at the memory as she wrote down orders that weren't readily available for some old man in red-ish robe. "Okay. So that's three orders of Blue Medicine. You'll receive them in about 2 days via mail. Have a nice day."
As Jade wrote down the next order for theΒ This one. I have another story request, that's a sequel to this one. But this one is an "X Male Reader" story.
This one focuses on Akashic Magician, who's a bit jealous of Downerd and Alchemic's relationship. So she finds the reader, a physically fit(But shy) man who lives near a swamp. He is friends and can communicate with Frog, Toad, and Paleozoic Monsters(Which essentially makes the viewer a Paleozoic Frog player), with his best friends being Toadally Awesome. Given how Akashic Magician is like Harley Quinn in your fanfic, it makes sense to make the reader shy.
Plus, some (Paleozoic) Frog Decks use Akashic Magician.

To be honest. I've never written from the point of view of the reader before. I tend to write in the third person. I even daydream that way. I don't know how well it would come out. I guess that I could try something akin to my recent "Where am I?" story. Let me work on a couple drafts and if it looks promising, then I'll let you know and post it.
