Animation Shop 3, came packed with Paint Shop Pro 7. Also, Photoshop Illustrator can do it as well, although the format is slightly more complicated.

they are currently. i just came back from my parent's place yesterday to get some of my stuff, namely my games. although i wanted to bring all 110 genesis games, my parents thought it a bad idea, so i only brought a few. i brought all my nintendo games, though. oh, yesterday, i bought a t.v. and i got screwed. it was already opened, and the remote was missing and there is a car key in the box! so i need to get a universal remote. wonderful luck, huh?
