I know a few art programs for free you could work with for digital art

One os firealpaca on pc

Amd Medibang or ibspaint for mobile i personally use medibang for everything and they are completely free

You can do point commissions instead of PayPal ones to save up, that way you can broaden your customer base. even if you do relatively cheap ones, if you advertise right, you'll stack up those points in no time.

Its going ok I've got a few more views since joining groups although I'm still struggling to get commissions on here and I'm struggling for money and I've had no one commission me in person ether. :3
