This is certainly not as amazing as your work but I tried my hand at a sci-fi aircraft closely resembling the f-14. Seeing your pieces makes me want to get back into aircrafts (real world designs). I would appreciate your honest opinion on this sketch

The image is a bit on the light side but, from what I can tell, you have a definite eye for detail and an imagination concerning the subject. Now that you have the line drawing done, you should definitely try to get the shadows/shading and textures accomplished - that's what gives any illustration the 3D effect and real substance. Also, don't ever be afraid to use drafting aids when doing the initial sketch work (nobody will ever know). You're doing fine - keep at it! Cheers!
