# About me
Hello! I am currently trying to make this as anonymous as possible. I am starting this as a way to relax and share the various cakes I decorate. I hope you enjoy it and if anyone wants to know how to do some of these I would be happy to help.

It does! But it tastes so good...especially strawberry cake with strawberry frosting! I'm hungry now. Off to work (No promises I won't munch!)

Sure! I recommend wrapping the cake and freezing it before trying to ice it. When you do ice it you can coat the cake in a very thin layer of frosting, called the crumb coat. If the cake begins to tear you can ice over the crumb coat super easy! Also, when you ice the cake try moving your spatula back and forth, not taking the spatula off the cake if you can help it. This way the frosting goes on super easy and doesn't tear the cake up!
Also when you're done (If you're using a buttercream frosting) you can set it out and let the icing "harden" so it looses it's stickiness. Then you can go over it by lightly pressing a piece of wax paper to the cake (VERY LIGHTLY) and it will help smooth the icing!
Hope this helps! Let me know how it turns out!
