hola, buena pregunta tienes que pesar una lámina y de acuerdo al peso son cinco veces el peso, por ejemplo si pesó 5 gramos son 25 ml de agua, saludos.

hola, te mandaré la receta,
todo lo que necesitas es: 1 yogurt sin sabor, limón, vinagre, sal, pimienta, estragón y colapez.
procedimiento:
tomas todos los ingredientes y lo agregas al yogurt todos a tu gusto hasta que a tí te guste, luego hidratas el colapez en agua tibia hasta que te quede como una especie de gelatina acuosa y se la agregas a la mezcla de yogurt, lo revuelves bien y esa mezcla la pones en un bowl o posillo y la pones en el frigider como por una hora o hasta que la vallas a ocupar, luego simplemente cuando hagas tu ensalada sacas éste semifrio lo desamoldas y lo cortas como queso y lo agregas, y VUALA jejejeje. serás envidiada por tus amigas jajaja. espero te sirva, si quieres tambien te enseño a hacer sopa de palta ideal para la calor y como eres vegetariana te encantará, saludos
