Hi there, Its actually quite easy. If you look at a picture you will see something called "Thumb" on the right side (Scroll down a bit). Copy past that into your profile, journal or what ever else you desire.
How ever I'm not sure if this doesnt require Premium membership, I vaguely remember there was an issue with it some years back, but that might have been fixed.
But just check it out and see if you can post it. It should look something like this
