I read your DKC story a few years back and thought it was really good. I've been looking for a while now to reread, but couldn't find it. Now that I've finally found it again, you seem to only have chapter 37 and an epilogue up. What happened to the earlier chapters? Did you delete them or am I just being an idiot who can't find them even though they're still up? If it's the first, please reupload them, as they were really good. If it's the second, then that's rather embarrassing

It matters because when the works were reported, they were removed, and the reason was stated as 'Copyright infringement.'

No no no, you misunderstand.
When a work is removed, notice is given as to the reason why. When a work is removed for infringing copyright, it will say "This submission has been found to be in violation of copyright. Immediate action has been taken." I.e, removal.
You don't have to state that the work is yours to infringe on copyright. Posting the work itself already breaks copyright law, even if you credit. That's why they were removed, because the images weren't yours. It didn't matter that you said they weren't, because you didn't have permission to post the images regardless.

You don't have to do that. Just don't use pictures that aren't yours. That's all I'm trying to tell you. It's even in the rules: FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?

I really don't understand why it's causing such a problem. All you have to do is choose 'literature' when categorizing and then you won't have to post the work in a comment and add images. It posts as it's own submission then.
