You have a pretty good start so far.Β Β Just like I told to OP, work on drawing realistic style for a bit - it really will improve your manga style when you go back to it. Draw from photos of people so you can get a feel for how people stand/move and so on.
While the faces look spaced fairly good, the heads need to be scaled down by about 25%... I used to draw the heads bigger because I thought it looked better, but after drawing them smaller, it really makes the overall "look" of the person more proportioned.Β
Hands.Β Β I'm sure you already know this, but hands can always use more work. Look for some hand tutorials, because hands are tricky.Β Β You can practice drawing your own hands, too.
Right now your people-drawing skill is way above your background drawing skill. Work a little on landscapes and perspective - there's a lot of good tutorials for those on here if you look. Good backgrounds can make your people look even better.
I can see you've improved since you first started posting, so keep up the good work.Β
