Clay. Different kinds of clay, like polymeric, oil based clay (I do that and I sell it) and others.

Hmm, facinating. I've been interested in sculpting but I don't quite have the mind for it yet XD. I do enjoy messing around with 3d modeling.

I did sculpt in 3D sometimes before, and believe me, is very different but is good to work in real clay before. Because understand 3d space in your hands is soooo much easy to do it in a digital environment. Is like draw in pen vs draw in a Wacom.

Si claro, solo checa mi galería, tengo varios con ese estilo. Aunque no me gustó mucho el estilo de Skylanders, cómo que Activision lo hice un poco raro.
