Joo siis me tehään mun puolison kanssa sillee iltasin että vietetään aina tunti ennen nukkumaanmenoa aikaa yhessä ilman tietokoneita ja televisioita ja muita. Siinä ajassa sit lueskellaan tai jutellaan ja juodaan teetä ja mä piirrän Tosi Huonoa Yaoi Sarjista. XD Jos haluut nähä mistä puhun, niin se on tämä: tosihuonoyaoisarjis.smackjeeve… ja kuten huomaat, se on ihan sikanopeesti piirretty sarjis. Sen kanssa pidän vaan hauskaa ja siihen ei tarvi keskittyä niin voin samalla jutella puolisolleni.
Mut siis harmi jos et pääse koska sain käyttööni siihen ohjelmaan tosi mielenkiintosta tutkimusta yheltä tyypiltä jonka tapasin tumblrissa ja joka on tutkinu länsimaisten sarjakuvien ruutujakoja tosi tarkasti. Ootan innolla että pääsen esitteleen näitä tuloksia animeconissa. Pyysin häneltä oikein luvan että saanko esitellä näitä ja hän sanoi että mahtavaa jos kelpaa ja saa näyttää kaikille. Pitää ite toki siihen lisäksi tutkia vähä tota mangan ruutujaotusta ettei puhuta animeconissa vaan länkkärisarjiksista! XD

Well, I REALLY liked irl*ilu, but I have been following Tosi Huono Yaoi Sarjis and it has been great so far. :3c Updates every day too? It's awesome! Hahaha. The sketchy style of it has inspired me to get started on my own little comic, actually. In the past I've been too self-conscious to draw a comic because I feel my artistic ability isn't that great, and also because when I really try to make my art look good, I take so long it's almost exhausting. But now, I feel more encouraged!

Don't worry, I haven't forgotten ilu either, I'm just keeping it on a small hiatus. But hey I'm glad you enjoy THYS too! 8D AND I'm so happy to hear that it makes you want to draw comics too! Nothing beats it when I get a comment that says that somehow I have inspired others to draw comics ;A; Please draw comics, don't think too much of the quality, because the quality will get better if you just draw a LOT of comics!

That's what I'm hoping to accomplish with these silly comics I just started to draw. :3c I have huge dreams for my "real" comics once I get comfortable with drawing them, haha.
Also can I just say that I absolutely love the sticker on page 15 of THYS? Like that made my day. It's become somewhat of an inside joke between me and my friend now. Sticker hat!

Hahaha! That's really cool! The sticker came there because my friend had stickers like that and then she just sticked it on Cecil and I was like NO Cecil doesn't wear hats, so I moved it to Adin's head instead hahahah.

ALSO NOOO Ryley seems like such a sweetheart and now Jonathan's going to Jonathan this is horrible news
I take it Jonathan is the same character from the Perfect Gay Bachelor, or at least based on him? (obviously by looks and name at least)
I find it cool when I notice the same characters reappearing in your comics, haha. All my stories tend to have incarnations of some of the same characters!
I'm worried if that's considered bad writing, like it's just recycling the same character, but I use it sparingly at least!

I use same characters a lot in my comics, espacially in my more humorus comics. The whole Gay Bachelor is about recuckling characters so yes, it's the same Jonathan, with a different personality. But yeah, I enjoy using same characters all over again.
But don't worry, rest of the characters from THYS are just made for THYS. And yeah, Ryley is pretty nice person but Jonathan is up to no good... Let's see what happens. I'm not going to promise it's anything nice though ;___; Sorry.

Haha. I'm glad you think so... But yeah, right now I'm drawing a bit more serious part of the story and that has made it hard for me to draw several pages a day.... Because it's a difficult subject to me too. I really need to take my time with the plot, even though it's really fast drawn, the plot needs a lot of thinking. Mainly the plot is a parody and humor comic, but then I decided I want to address this whole yaoi-rape thing.... Which I think is really horrible, as a rape survivor I really want people to understand that rape is not cute or funny.

I agree with you 100%. Rape is something I would really not be sure on how to approach, to be honest. I would love to send a message that it's bad, but somehow I get the feeling that I wouldn't portray the situation correctly. I'm so sorry to hear about that though! I'm sure given your circumstances you'll do a better job than I ever could. I always want to send strong political activism themes in my works, but some things I don't exactly feel just to talk about. However, me being transgender does give me a subject I can really express! One of my stories is about a LBGTQ club and the president is a transwoman with a very likable personality. She's also a pretty "dykey" lesbian, just to go against stereotypes, which is my favorite thing to do, hahaha. If I ever get around to actually making that a webcomic, perhaps I should swing it your way? Probably won't be anytime soon though, so don't worry (I don't want you to feel obligated or like I'm shoving it in your face, haha!) School actually takes up a lot of my time, I haven't even really been able to focus on my "practice" webcomic as of late.
