I've been practicing realism seriously for the past 4 years, so yeah, did take quite some time.

Well, I'm currently 16 years old, so since I was 12 I've been focusing on making my drawings as realistic as possible. Before that I drew just "for fun".
It's only the past 2 years I've been really focused on analyzing pictures and drawing with references.
