Rise Above Project (updated donators!)The city of Buffalo, NY has recently experienced a number of consecutive reports of women being attacked and raped (or attempted rape) in the Elmwood and Allentown areas. This is an incredible tragedy, considering how friendly those communities are normally. A number of residents have organized a "Take Back the Night" walk to support those who have been hurt, and scare away any future offenders by showing them the strength of our community. We will be lighting candles and walking together on Sunday night, July 13th.
