I wanted to come by and tell you how the llama you sent my way was doing. Unfortunately that was nearly two months ago and so much stuff happened during that stretch of time it would bog down the front page considerably. And that's not fair to either you or my fingers.
So, for the sake of brevity, I'm here to say he's doing fine.
I'm also here because, in order to justify not sending a llama via my patented Llama Launcher to you after all this time, I RODE it to your place. And let me tell you, when the location on the descriptor up above is "unknown," it's gonna take a while.

Render - Part IMiranda felt that pull at her gut again, and she sat up in bed.
The barely-fifteen-year-old with soft features and a squid of white hair sat up in her bed. That tugging⦠She had to go. Bare feet shifted across the floor towards the door. Her mother would kill her, but she had to get to the woods. It was not far.

But another voice in her head coaxed her on.

Miranda furrowed her brow. What picks?
On the ground. You can do it.
Miranda looked down and saw two metal rods on the floor. She dropped to her knees, took the picks in her shaking hands, and set to work picking the lock on the door. Her pale, little face soon became wet with sweat and tears. The voice in her head told her how to do it, even though she had never even read about picking locks. When the lock clicked open, Miranda's breath caught in her throat.
