You made a friend of mine very upset. Whats the point of making art if it can't be shared and loved by others? Not to mention the method you asked him to take it down was very childish and rude, not to mention harmful.
Also, people can argue that you're blatantly stealing images and characters from third party sources, which is equally as "harmful" as others using your art.

Hold on, hold on, which person of all the 25+ people that have blatantly STOLEN my art and used it WITHOUT my permission are you talking about? Which youtuber- Which wiki poster, which ANYTHING? I'm sorry, I do make my art to be shared, but did you know: deviantART has a sharing feature, reposting is NOT sharing, it's stealing, i'm not saying it can't be loved, but I've put on it, plenty of times "DO NOT USE MY WORK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION" means reposting, means reuploading, means sharing somewhere.
I'm sorry i hurt your friend's feelings if I did, but if they're not going to ask for permission like other people have, then I'm NOT going to tolerate it and I'm going to hurt them even further, just so they know that- hey- this artist MAY have feelings too!

Hey boss you should upload some of your stuff to redbubble. I like the gaster one especially. I would do it but your drawing was so good that i feel like you should profit from your designs. If you're not interested, can i upload the gaster one so i can get him on me shirt?

I would have, however, Toby Fox has stated clearly that he doesn't want people to sell UNDERTALE merchandise that is not official, AKA, if it's not from fangamer, it's not official and it shouldn't be there.
Now, your I would do it bothered me a little, I appreciate that you enjoy my drawing, however, uploading someone else's art online to profit is thief and you can get in serious trouble.
To answer your question, however, no you cannot upload it to Redbubble, if you wish to use it on a shirt (which would honor me, actually) you can download the picture and go to any local place that could print you a t-shirt with the picture, which, in fact, would cost you less and it would take less time.
Just a few protips, respect artists, always ask for permission, peace.
