It was completely different from the US. And yeah, lots of great old stuff and tons of art. I spent almost an entire day at one of their art museums. Fun.

How do you like Portland? I was driving back from Portland and so many places I want to do photography down there. Know of any good places? Let me know how your show goes. Thank you! Portland is my favorite city in the US. I love it. And yeah, there are a lot of great places to shoot. I usually do people so I like to shoot in places with interesting backgrounds... whatever area happens to fit the mood of that particular shoot. The nice thing about Portland is it has a variety of stuff. It's green, right on the water, and has a big industrial part of it. So it's a good playground for me.

Good luck with photography! I'm still an amateur too. Just trying to experiment with different stuff.

Yeah I was riding home from Portland yesterday and looking at all these places I wanted to shoot or would make cool backgrounds etc. There are alot of places. I like the diversity it has. I wouldn't travel down there alone especially at night. Where are your favorite places to go? One thing I've wanted to do for awhile is find the coolest graffatti and use it as a background. Have no idea where to look though.
