Hey man is the SolarΒ Concordiat an alternate version of the Federation?

Sorta, but the third world war and the Eugenics wars kinda bled over into each other. Khan was in part defeated by Augments working alongside regular humans, but the war was so devastating that Earth was pretty much abandoned for the rest of the solar system.
The Concordiat has it's seat of Government on Europa, although Mars has the highest single concentration of humans.
Nobody is making Khan level augments, but there's a lot of augment decendants in the Concordiat, and some have bred pretty true.
The Concordiat Navy is a slightly more militaristic Starfleet, but it's greatest enemy isn't the Klingons, but the Kzinti, who have broken the Klingon Empire.

Soo the Titan class or even the Prototype Arcadia would have gone through a wormhole to the Prime universe and be used by the Federation?
