So you don't like gay people, is their any specific reason for that? I mean a reason that doesn't involve the bible. Oh, and how do you feel about lesbian a trans people?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Aerodeth In reply to yingoyango [2010-01-24 07:24:25 +0000 UTC]

Trans are cowards.

If youre gay, fine. But to have to be so insecure of your own sex that you have to dress in drag to make yourself feel better? Doesnt that sorta defeat the purpose that gays/lesbians are trying to prove by being proud of who and what you are?

Because one is a religion. The other is a FETISH.

anon21345 In reply to Aerodeth [2010-06-30 13:55:47 +0000 UTC]

Okay, so they have names. Any real difference? The bottom line is that trans people feel that they need to dress up in the clothes of the opposite sex. It's a part of them, as much as a religious person's belief is a part of them.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Aerodeth In reply to anon21345 [2010-06-30 18:39:11 +0000 UTC]

A religion is a set of beliefs based on faith, morals, and ways of life which containing some sort of a moral code 'spiritually' governing the conduct of human affairs.

You compare that to shallow people who feel they need to dress opposite their sex to feel good?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

anon21345 In reply to Aerodeth [2010-06-30 19:18:07 +0000 UTC]

Okay, first of all, your argument is failing. You provided a definition of what religion is, which is irrelevant. I could give you an equally full definition of what a fetish (which, by the way, often carries with it a lifestyle, and, in some cases, can inform one's morals and beliefs just like religion) is to make my argument seem more complex, too, but I'm not going to, because I have an actual argument with an actual rhetorical structure backing me up. You then proceeded to give one one of the single most insulting oversimplifications of fetishism that I've ever seen. We're the shallow ones? Why? Because we like to do things that you don't? I said it in my first post, and i'll say it again: Fuck you, man.
Anyway, yes, I am going to compare the two, because the end result (at least on a personal level, if I were to compare the two on a grander scale, it just wouldn't be fair; transsexuals have never massacred furries because they're different) is more or less the same: Personal Fulfillment. People are religious because it makes them feel good. It makes them feel like they don't need to fear death, like they're part of a larger group, and like there's an all powerful something-or-other looking after them. It covers up a few basic human fears (I.E. being alone and death), and that's why it's stuck around after all these years, even though it's basically absurd. Fetishes are much the same way, in that it allows people to fill a part of them that they feel is empty. It's personal fulfillment.
Also, your statement earlier about how transsexuals are cowards is bullshit, too. Why? It takes a lot of guts to be open about something that's not widely accepted. They know that assholes like you are gonna get your knickers in a twist, and they don't care, because it's how they want to live their lives. That takes courage. You, and every single one of your bigoted, mouth-breathing brethren, are the cowards. Fuck. Right. Off.

Aerodeth In reply to anon21345 [2010-06-30 21:41:34 +0000 UTC]

Dude... youre trying to hard. I'm not gonna take that first paragraph seriously. To compare a dogma to a fetish is stupid.

But I'll gladly respond to your second paragraph. Of course it should be widely unaccepted. A man BORN a man cant walk into a woman's dressing room or hell, RESTROOM. It's friggin common sense why.
Whatever you feel comfortable doing in the privacy of your bedroom is your business (just keep it legal!), however if you expect other people to give you special treatment because you feel INSECURE about your fetish, you need to wake up.
Also, if you feel discriminated, at least you have people to turn to in this country. I can think of a few scary ones that consider stoning you to death for coming out in the open about your insecurity...

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

anon21345 In reply to Aerodeth [2010-06-30 22:11:10 +0000 UTC]

What the fuck are you trying to say? That this SHOULD be a country where people are stoned to death because they are born different? Listen, in a country where the majority thinks that a group is not deserving of equal rights, that group is oppressed. It's not a matter of semantics, it's a fairly fucking black-and-white definition. There are varying levels of oppression, of course, but oppression is oppression nonetheless. Also, it shouldn't be considered "special treatment" to not be treated like a fucking freak.
A few assorted notes: First off, I'm not a transsexual. I have a few fetishes of my own, but that's not one of them. Second: Learn to count, retard. There were three paragraphs in my last post. Third: Answer my goddamn question: Why the hell are WE the shallow ones?

Aerodeth In reply to anon21345 [2010-07-01 03:03:55 +0000 UTC]

My Alah, you dont quit.
*Ahem!* I dont really care whether or not youre a transsexual since you seem to feel obligated to defend them. Also, I have my own fetishes as well (might even be a closet furry, too!), you dont see me acting like I'm special because of it. And no sweat off my back regarding the paragraphs, seeing as though they were both connected to your friggin comparison between a dogma and a perversion. Might as well have been 1 big paragraph, but let's not get sidetracked.

Way to take my words out of context. I was stating a fact about regarding the stoning country, not my personal opinion, so dont put words in my mouth. I have answered several times in other responses why I consider whining about Civil Rights over a fetish and a gender insecurity to be shallow. I wont repeat myself.
How exactly would it be considered oppression? You can get kicked out of a restaurant if you fail to follow their dress code. Less said about going in the wrong restroom because 'you feel more comfortable'. By the way, nudists are people too!

....Damn it, now I feel obligated to write a Bridget fanfic...

You're right. Nudists are people. I would support American nude beaches.
Also, you're right about you not being special for your fetishes. However, the flipside of that is that you aren't worthy of discrimination and scorn for them either. Get what I'm saying?

nightmareking In reply to Aerodeth [2010-02-11 17:45:36 +0000 UTC]

No, because the whole thing behind transexuals is not that they feel attracted to a certain gender, but more that they feel like they are meant to be a certain gender. It's not that they're insecure of their sex, they feel like they should be another sex. Now, drag queens and crossdressers usually do such things as a joke, but transexuals who go so far as to take hormones and to undergo surgery seriously believe they were born as the wrong gender.

I'll play them the world's smallest violin between my fingernails.

That doesnt help your case any. If anything, I now feel LESS sorry for them. We all dream of being something we're not once in a while. Doesnt mean people should pity me because I wasnt born rich.

As for the transexuals who would go as far as take surgery and alter and quite possibly DAMAGE their bodies to become something they were BORN not to be, they are no better than those who obsess over plastic surgery. Life's tough. Wear a helmet.

About a year ago (in the city I was born in and have lived most of my life) a man shot a transgender woman while she sat in her car with her brother without any provocation and killed her. Trans people are not cowards and I don't see how can call them that when they risk everything (sometime there lives) to live they way they want constantly worrying people will figure out that they are in fact trans and hurts them both emotionally and physically. They're not insecure they know exactly who they are.

They'll always be sick people like that. My heart goes out for her brother. I hope the person who did something that horrible received justice. But if youre going to use that as a sympathy card, it's not working.

Transexuality is merely a fetish, nothing more. To plead for 'equal' rights for a mere fetish is insecure and an act of cowardice. I'm into vore and even I wouldnt plead for 'equality'. It's something that should be reserved in the comfort of your own home.

Transexuality is not a fetish and I would appreciate it if you didn't describe it that way a fetish is a form of sexual desire in which gratification depends on some object or item of clothing or part of the body. Transexuality has nothing to do with sexual desire or arousal, trangendered people act as the opposite sex not to become aroused but because they feel uncomfortable or "wrong" living as the gender they were born (based on they're physical genitalia). You are confusing transexuals with people who get sexual aroused by wearing clothing of or acting as the opposite sex (ex. crossdressers). Transexualty is focused of sexual identity and whether a person considers themselves male, female, neither, or both. Oh btw I like vore too but not anything that involves animal abused because I find that to be morally wrong.

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

yingoyango In reply to yingoyango [2010-01-26 06:14:40 +0000 UTC]

I never said fetish was a bad word (and I don't think it is) I just wanted to emphasize the difference between someone who cross-dresses for sexual arousal and someone who is trangendered. Here is the definition of transgendered: "It is a state of being in which the apparent gender (usually determined at birth) does not match the person's subjective gender. While transgender persons have distinct female or male genitalia and matching chromosomes, even as young children they "know" that they are in the wrong body." while the definition of cross-dresser is "A person who dresses, acts like, or takes up the gender roles of the opposite sex for entertainment purposes or to become sexually aroused."
Please try not to get them confused again I keep seeing a certain repetition in you posts. Also I don't like that you're assuming all transsexuals are gay/lesbian, this is a common misnomer. If a women dresses and acts like a man that does not mean she is attracted to women. If a man dresses and acts like women that does not mean he is attracted to men.

👍: 0 ⏩: 0

Aerodeth In reply to yingoyango [2010-01-26 04:28:13 +0000 UTC]

Why? Is 'fetish' a bad word to you people? Joking aside, why else would one dress in drag on occasion if it doesnt turn them on?
Sexual identity? Are they ashamed of their own gender? That most definitely is no excuse. What exactly is to feel bad about? If youre gay, shouldnt you be proud of being gay instead of hiding who you are behind a wig and a dress (or some male equivalent if youre a girl!)?

You are who you are, like it or not and if you cant accept it... well, there's always surgery. But c'mon! Who wants to go THAT far?
