Friend Safari is something you need friends for. Each friend you have in your DS can generate a Safari Zone with three Pokemon of the same type in it. Each FC have their fixed type and Pokemon you can encounter. And they are known to have dream ability and two 31 IV upon capture so it's famed for breeding. It's in Kiloude City down south.

My Chespin is in level 40, Charmander level 35, Snorlax level 30, and Tryunt in 25
That's so far my team, the rest of the pokemon I caught are around 20/15
