I'm used to working with Tetrianium and Carbonox alloys myself...if you have something better I'm pretty handy in the forge. *jerks a thumb at his arsenal* where do you think that came from?

and yes. I can even set VCR's. the one in the game room now actually tells proper time more than twice a day.

Just mentioning, though. So far you're still an unofficial member of the Division, as we haven't officially sent the invite yet.

We had a bit of a misunderstanding with one of our members back when they first joined, as he thought he was a member when we hadn't actually confirmed anything. Turns it out it was just a harmless mistake, and the guy is now a badass member of the Division, but having to talk down a trigger happy Chimera on administrative matters like that, especially one as vitriolic as SZ can be, is not something I'd like to repeat.

Again, nothing serious here, just a precaution I'm taking. In all likelihood, you'll probably get an invite at the end of the month, or someplace thereabouts.

Also, considering the fact that you've managed to give us a rather strategically valuable asset in the form of that teleport system, as well as considering the fact that you're now offering mining services (Something which I, in retrospect, really should have considered...) I think it'll be more than likely.

Thank God, finally somebody who can remember to set the VCR! Resetting it every time it gets broken in a fight WAS kind of starting to get tedious...

I understand about joining the crew having to be official. and if CZ is in charge of admin, I'm debating spending an hour every friday bowing down in thanks.
paperwork. fucking. sucks. take it from someone who knows.
I'm excited though, if you guys think someone like me could be good enough to even give it a shot. not everyday you come across a trio of dimension-hopping asskickers. its hard being humble sometimes, and when you run across someone that can let the ship kick your ass (That ai is mean.) its a good reality check.


as far as the 'goodies' though, its really not a big deal (to me at least) you just gotta understand: my ADHD ass just likes makin stuff! I mean, I'm 21 with a LOOOONG way to go on my lifespan, but I still get so hyper I have to keep making new things, getting ideas.

but I figure someone's asked: sure he can MAKE stuff, but can he stay alive longer to make more or do the medic thing for the rest of us?

the answer, to me at least, isnt so great.

battle wise I've got the usual talents--enhanced speed, med/short range, but limited to what half demon/half humans can do, and I've run across a few demigods here and there--and the fact I can basically use my own metabolism to boost anything from strength in a pinch, or speed, or even my mitochondrial abilities (wait and see what I can do with my psi-blades. elementally aligning them is just the beginning)

downsides: durable, I've been put well through a few trees and mountains, but thats with internal bleeding. anything that catches me off guard HURTS. thankfully the muscle memory of the wound makes me more resilient to the same type next time. saved my ass when I got shot in the head that one time (been shot several times before by anything from soggy underwear to arrows to getting hit by an airborne exploding cow. blade wounds...not so much.) I'm also inexperienced, dispite the crazy shit I've gotten myself into. there's always the nagging feeling of 'you aint seen nothin yet!' plus, I've been put down by a few travelers who werent even trying.

I also have a bit of a complex. when it comes to saving a remote town in the middle of nowhere, I dont mind doing the right thing for free, but when governments try to ask me for a favor pro bono or then stiff me, I have a tendency to dig up some dirt. 60% of the time, they're shady as hell with skeletons in the closet. said planets got a change of leadership. I can't blend into the shadows or nothing wierd like that (tried. got 2nd and 3rd degree burns for trying it) but my mutations give me a slight edge in terms of infiltration. thats actually one of the few things I'm good at.

Tactically, terrible. I cant do too much more than being damn good at thinking on my feet.

I'm just a guy that loves adventure as cliche as it sounds. and it sounds like division omega has had plenty, with room for more. if there's a way I can get in on the insanity, I'm more than willing to step up and pull my weight.

Heh, not to worry. To be honest, one of our other Irregulars, is actually in it JUST for the adventure! The exploration of new and foreign lands, finding hidden temples, the whole shebang! She LOVES being an adventurer, and when we don't call her in for help, she's usually off doing just that!

...when she's not randomly making stuff explode, though. She's FRIGHTENINGLY good at that.

But yeah, like I said, SZ is VERY interested in the fact that you're a medic. That ALONE might win you her vote, due to the originality and rarity of the idea!

Other than that, glad to hear you're willing to step up like that! The Division may well have a place for you, Inventive Adventurer!

Although...demigods?! Really?! Shit...I thought they'd all been wiped out. It's a wonder to hear there're any left, unless they're from like the Egypt-class and other such gods. Because believe me, you WON'T be seeing much of anything to do with the Pantheon-class ones...

LOCATION: middle of fucking nowhere, light geographical planetary corruption (source: zerg infestation)
SUBJECT: likely insane, currently camo'd in the deep wilderness stalking a lone alien back to its hive
OBJECTIVE ONE: find hive, insert something that looks a holy hand grenade dunked in Awesomesauce
OBJECTIVE TWO: find out who the hell is making zerg THIS time and slit their damn throats.
OBJECTIVE THREE: celebrate mission success by getting a threeto. (delicious burrito, wrapped in another burrito, nestled within the heart of the third burrito)
OBJECTIVE FOUR (optional): murder the fuck out of yet another Dude-In-Power if he doesn't pay the check to the amount of 55,000 interstellar credits which will go a long way towards paying the bills this month (among other things...gears of war 3 is coming out soon)

sounds like my kinda lady, never one to stay down! you gotta have that drive sometimes. but random explosions? fellow tinkerer? you can never have too much R&D dept...still sounds like she loves going out and doing things like I do.

yeah you know how there's egypt class, animal class (nine-taileds for example) pantheon class, etc. ran into one of the minor underlings for one. I lost.

Objective Three sounds like the best out of all four, and I don't even EAT burritos! Or at least I don't have a chance to do so regularly...

She's not much for tinkering, but does dabble a bit in it on occasion. Other than that, sounds like you and her would get along just fine!

Okay, right. I alternately hate/feel sorry for demigods. Either they're assholes proud and arrogant in their power, or they're just kids trying to survive.

For what it's worth, I help the latter where I can, and pulverize the former any chance I get.

As for explosions...Dude, what's NOT to like?
