So, just a question about the OC-ART-TRADE group...Β
When you sign up, you get matched with someone. But, do both people do the art, or does one person do the art, then the other gets nothing?

Each person gets an art, and does an art, just like with any individual trade. Β However, unlike a trade with an individual, the one you do an art for is not necessarily the one you get an art from. Β So there's an element of surprise still, even when you already know who you're drawing for.
