Yeah no shit it's been tough, sorry that happen to you, as of rn we've been worried for my mother's health for awhile now and she doesn't seem to be getting any better, especially since the years are really catching up to her but it's bound to happen because life sucks! Other than that tho it's been pretty swell over here too, literally just got into contact with an old friend of mine a few days ago after like 5 years and we instantly hit it off with a bang as if nothing happened, and we realized just how much MORE in common we are now than before!
