Instagram allows rightful owners to report an art thief filling a DMCA form or something else, but people that aren't the righftul artists/owners can't do anything - reporting for spam won't do the trick unless 3823274247 people do that, and that's not this case XD Currently they just blocked me, but they didn't removed anything and are still using other people's OCs to do disgusting roleplaying. Vao-Ra should follow the 'instagram copyright form' page (try to google it) and follow their instructions to correctly report them and, with a bit of luck, instagram will put down that account help.instagram.com/53550307313…
