The showercap-donning Clara was practicing her scales in the shower when she suddely heard the doorbell rang. She didn't except any visitors at this hour.

"Just a minute!" The chicken hollered over the window as she quickly wrapped herself warm in a fluffy towel and stumbled down to the frontdoor despite tracking wet foot prints all over the house. 

"Ooh, Francisco, my love...what a surprised!" She clucked happily as she intensly blushed from sporting her bathroom getup.

Panchito blushed in return. Perhaps he should have called....oh, well. What is done was done. "Ah, haha, so sorry Clara. I did not mean to disturb you."

Clara chuckled and took Panchito by the wing. "You should have called me first, but what the Dickens, I love surprises from you!  Do come in and I will fix you up something to drink.  Just let me finish getting ready first.  I need to dry my feathers."

"hah, Si, you should dry off." As she walked back to the bathroom, he continued to talk. "So, I just thought it was a nice day and wanted to see how you were doing." He leaned his back against the wall in the hallway outside the bathroom, "I had a surprise the other day too. Mi amigo, my friend, Jose is back in town."

((It's February 20th, right?  Probably not since I will be with my boyfriend, but maybe I can squeeze in some time if he falls asleep early or give me some time to catch up. Lol.  Plus, I am not very good at genderbend RPs...is Panchito attending?  Then I'd think it'd be fair if Clara attends and transforms into a rooster. ))

Clara and her daughter Li'l Cluck were outside playing in the snow in the backyard.  The mother hen was pulling her daughter in a sled around the house and Li'l Cluck waved hello vigorously.

"Peep, peep!" ("Hewwo, Weedle Bunny!  Wanna pway?") She beckoned him with her little wing and patted the vacant spot on the wooden sled. 

"Brah-baw-bah-buck!" ("You are welcome to play, as long as you behave!") Clara smiled and called the bunny over with her daughter.

((I have found some quality panels via Google but unfortunately, most of them were translated.  I would like to find the English version of that comic along with the ones with Rockhead Rooster, Gus Goose and Li'l Cluck, but the Panchito one intrigues me the most. I remember reading on hoozoo.com that they broke up because he wasn't the right man for her, but she enjoyed Mexican food. In a subsequent comic, she did allow him to borrow six of her eggs to deliver to Mickey's nephews.

It's interesting that he actually knew her before Jose and Donald.  Plus, Panchito had other girlfriends in the past including Margarita: coa.inducks.org/character.php?… ))
