Born/created in Disney Bros. Studios
Lived in Cartoonland until 1937, then moved to Toonland. Moved again to Disneyland in 1942, and then to Albany in 1948. Moved back to Disneyland in 2009.
Aliases: Julius, Jules, Julie (jokingly), Feline (By Calhoun), Cat, That One Cat (in a way as if he was unrecognized)
Age: Adult, Ageless (He's a young adult, but technically he's around 90 or 93)
Alignment: Good
Personality: Bold (around people in his social class/ friends), proud, self centered (hides it from his closest friends and/or people up higher than him in certain circumstances), a leader, jokester, prankster (to his enemies), mischievous (to his enemies), clever. Still, he has a soft side that is very prominent to people he knows well.
Abilities: Able to remove his limbs and stretch them out at will like most rubberhose toons, good businessman
Habits: Messes with the bears constantly, gets himself or Alice into some sort of trouble, teases the bears, chases mice and rabbits
Flaws: Has a bit of an ego, and a bit of a temper but it really depends who he's with.

Doofenschmirtz was in his lab planning his next inator. He was sitting at a table and had many papers with red X's over them. "No! None of these will work! I need to come up with a new idea and fast! I can't be getting evil scientist block now."

Holding a piece of paper that had flown out the window of the above building, Julius rang the buzzer of a great purple tower.
"Hmmmph." Julius groaned, as he heard no reply, before calling up to the top of the building. "Hello?!"

"Hmmmph! Still no good!" He tossed the paper aside and stood up. "Norm! Hold down the fort for me. I'm going to get some fresh air."
"You don't have a fort, sir." He replied.
Doofenschmirtz frowned a bit at his absentminded robot. "Ok fine! Hold down the lab while I'm gone!" He corrected.
"Okie dokie!"
He went out onto his balcony and leaned on the side railing while glancing around at the nearby buildings. Over at City Hall, he could make out his brother, Roger giving a speech.

Jules sighed at the lack of response and was just about ready to give up trying, until he saw the man above him, so have another shout.
"Hey!!"

Hearing someone, he glanced down and saw him standing there. "WHAT!" He shouted back at him.

"You dropped ya paper!" Jules held the paper up high and waved it.

"Oh that? I can get it!" He pulled out his retrieveinator and fired it at the paper he was holding. It ended up bring him up onto his balcony as well though.

Shocked at his sudden expulsion into the air, Jules took on a sheepish grin.
"Heh, sawry."

"Whoops! My mistake! I'll just hit the reverse button and..." He pressed the button not knowing it was the self-destruct button instead. He waited for a bit for it to return him, but instead the machine seemed to just start shaking. "Well that's odd. It can't be broken already." Just then, it exploded and turned him completely black. "That...that was not pleasant."

Thankfully not showing up as any blacker- after all, it's not exactly possible- Julius coughed a little and began to look around the balcony, peering onto the building.
"So, what is this place?"

"You're in my lab which is where I make all my inators to try to take over the entire Tri-State Area. Here! I'll show you." He went over to one of them and switched it on. "Here's my chocolatinator." He then pressed a button and it fired at a vase, turning it into chocolate.

"How, uh, how is somethin' like that gonna help ya take over no less than 3 states?"

"I will turn City Hall into a big sticky chocolate mess which will allow me to just walk in and take control of the entire Tri-State Area!" He explained.

"Why nawt just build a death ray?"

"Oh sure! Then I would be ruler of nothing but rubble." He said sarcastically.

"Okay, then why nawt get yerself voted into city hall?"

"Believe me. I've tried, but no one seems to really...like me." He sat down in a chair.

"Oh, you seem like an alright guy. Perhaps a little... id'yasyncratic, but..."

"Thanks. If only there were more like you out there. Normally my inators would work just fine, but I'm always foiled by my nemesis, Perry the Platypus."

"That's kind of a crummy agent name. Why Platypus?"

"Well, it's because he actually is a platypus. He's basically a platypus wearing a fedora." He tried to explain.

"Yes...but this one is really powerful! I mean he's been able to find all my self-destruct buttons on every inator I've ever built! Grant it, I do put them on everything..."

"Well...no. Self-destruct buttons though are my thing."

He thought it over for a bit. "You know what? You're right! I could make the ultimate inator and leave out the self-destruct button. No one will be able to stop me and I'll be able to take over the entire Tri-State Area!" He jumped up from his chair and tried to come up with a plan.

"Excuse me? Take over the what?" Julius realised that perhaps his advice was not the best.

"The Tri-State Area... you know, all those buildings outside you see from my balcony. I'm guessing you're not from around here." He then began to draw up plans for his inator.

"Yeah I know where ya mean, but aren't there better ways of gaining power?"

He stopped working and thought it over for a bit. "Well, I tried running for mayor, but it turns out no one really likes me for some reason. My only choice is to inator my way to success."

"Yeah, but, uh..." Jules tried to think of a way to deter the doctor. "Uh, why do you even want the tri-state area? Huh?"

"To get back at Roger and also everyone else who makes fun of me!"

"Y-yeah, but... do you wanna stoop to their level?"

"This is the only route I can go." He said softly. "Anyhow, I have work to do as my latest inator is almost complete! I call it the rewindinator! With this device, I will literally rewind time back to when Roger was first elected mayor and I'll step in before him! HAHAHA!!!! Oh and in case you're wondering how I'll do that..." His tone changed again, "I actually don't know how, but I'll worry about that when it comes time."

"Well, since he's a secret agent for Ow...whatever it's called, he's a really good fighter. I'm constantly getting whacked by his tail and then there's the punching and kicking. Oh! Don't even get me started about that!"
