Aw. You know, you should look into some independent art programs if you miss art. I'm taking classes at the Art Students League of Denver. There may be a similar institution where your at. By the way, you'd could really buffer your college funds by doing commission works. Your work is great, you'd be raking in duh moneh

Had to say, you sound like a really cool person. I loved having that discussion with you.
I think teachers are always going to be affected by what they personally like, so they're opinions aren't always going to be perfect. Sounds like a confusing way to produce satifactory work with that kind of grading anyway! I can understand, as I had a few teachers like that.
Didn't want to make another comment on your deviation in case it pushed the other opinions down further.

Of course they are. I can understand that. Unfortunately, what they think is good may not be good to the people whose opinions define your paycheck. Sad that only a select few people's opinion actually matter in both the short and the long run...
^^ Don't worry about that. My reviewing friends tend to do the same, so they can not complain at all.

The only one? Have you ever chanced my other poems a glance? Most of the comments are what I have nicknamed ELCCs, Excruxiatingly Lengthy Comment Conversations.

Yes I have, didn't notice the length of comments at first but there definitely are some long ones. Nice term you've got there ... I'll have to remember that. I suppose, it's good to have people who talk like that and don't just disappear though.

Nearly all of the long ELCCs are courtesy of my friend Mish, the small talk champion. Sometimes it is good to be able to talk...others, it's just plain irritating to the eyes and the patience.
