Well, that question can taken the wrong way
I guess your asking if I can make a model of your OC?
No, because it is a ton of work.
But you can do it yourself, here are 3D models of ponies to download
I guess if you do some modifications to the Dashi model (with "Blender")... lose the wings.
you could use "Pekakura Designer" to turn it into a paper pattern then. After building it, you paint it in your OC´s colors.

I looked into it some time ago...
If these models would be optimized better for crafting, I maybe would convert it in an evening, but they are more for animation then anything else, so I would have to put a lot of work into changing it first, sorry.
I have to many other thing to do in the moment.

Pepakura is the easy part, I made a tuorial for this a long time ago: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1H9S1q…
The hard part is making a 3D model that has only one outer shell and no parts in it. So you have to fuse the hair and stuff with the body and get rid of all the inner structure.
I suck at this part, or else I had made a tutorial of this as well. I bought a learing DVD for "blender" and used the "boolean" funktion in it... it works.... most of the time. you can google for that.
Or maybe you find another 3D program that does this better. If you find a good easy way PLEASE tell us all
And if you want to do your own OC or something, the 3D Pony creator is great ponylumen.net/games/3d-pony-cr… and has an "export 3D model" funktion thanks to
