  You're welcome! I will be posting some tiny snippets and things on instagram/Facebook etc and I am sending out a newsletter with one right now, too

This book is definitely my favorite so far... it's so fast paced and such a change of tone

So glad you like the cover art. Actually, Kareena's is the most popular selling poster when I do conventions - so I guess people like her design and emotions a lot Brian's is second

I love commissioning!  There's something so exciting and magical about seeing an OC brought to life and seeing the artist's storytelling.  Plus, it's great supporting artists and creativity.

YES!! it is!! It's really quite exciting and uplifting! And INSPIRING, too!


but unfortunately, the money runs out eventually ... especially with all of the publishing costs rolling in. I want a new commission pretty badly soon, so I can put it on FB, etc, to promote Fluorescence, but ... I just need to find the $ ... Soon, I think.... soon

Yup. Promotion, promo materials, advertising, convention fees... I keep an excel doc with lists of the expenses.. it's HUGE.

Did you sign up for Dragoncon?  I won't be at DC, but I remember you saying it was one of the cons you wanted to attend and I think it would be awesome if you got a table there.

Not this year, unfortunately because it was going to cost me a little over $1,000 to attend and it's a 6-hour drive and I need someone to help take care of my cats while I'm gone... and I couldn't justify that just yet. I am going to next year I am pretty sure, though! I'll have 3 books by then so I feel more confident my fanbase will have grown and I'll have a little more clout to go around My cover artist, Fernanda might go, too and I would just have to Fangirl all over if that happened.. HAHAHAHAA

I am looking into hotels that allow pets just in case I need to take them with me next year, otherwise, I will try to get family to watch them. I do want to attend DragonCon, though. It's HUGE and I feel that if I was very successful at a smaller con, I would like to believe I could be MORE successful at a larger one.... maybe....

Hi, Saniika!  It is not me. 

There is a TV show called Once Upon a Time that has Elsa and Anna played by live actresses.   They look very much like the Disney characters.  It is a cool show! (sorry for the bad pun)
