Before I start, i'd like to let you all know that it's because you've all been so awesome and understanding when it comes to common sense/courtesy when adopting from me-
I've Genuinely never felt we really needed a big 'ol list to follow and decided to let people be if their intentions were reasonable. BUT
I've decided breaking down the simplest, along with more in-depth rules would be super helpful and for future reference
