Last statement here on this topic because everything I'm saying you are throwing your spin on it. Because of digital everyone THINKS they are a photographer until they hire that "guy with a camera" (GWC) and they fail in capturing what was meant to be captured. I see it day in a day out in my full time job, kit camera, kit lens but they think they are a pro. Not to say great photo's cannot be taken with a kit camera and lens because they can but most who carry those are shooting in automatic mode and not doing the thinking and vision in their heads like I assume you and I both do.

When I was younger I shot with a Kodak Brownie twin lens reflex and then moved to a Yashica TLR and an Olympus
OM-1 and just like you developed and enlarged in my bathroom. I am a professional but just shoot for myself now. If someone wants to buy my work they are welcome to do just that. Your work is certainly professional quality and you deserved to be paid for your work.

I'm not from Utah I just love going there. I will be there next month for a quick run through Bryce, Canyonlands, Arches, and a quick stop in Zion.

Haven't been to Bryce yet but Zion, Canyonlands and Arches never disappoint! I have Antelope and Lake Powell area on my short term list but first a trip north to Teton & Yellowstone! :) (Smile)

That's why I'm thinking winter might be a great time to go. I did make it up to Teton this last June and caught some amazing images in just two days there. Saw my first Grizzly but unfortunately didn't have a long enough lens with me at the time.
