Well, it's hard. :c

I use two editing programs: Picasa and Gimp. It's basically just playing around with the photo and seeing what fits it, what looks nice, and what will make it grab the eyes. I try to make the photos really speak out, or say something. Try to visualize something conceptual to give the photograph a real feel.
