What have I been upto? Finance sucks, so back to working in a call centre. HATE it!!

But I must confess, my on/off relationship with Ubuntu has left me still confused as to how to get the perfect look for with the theme. I do the drag and drop on the 'theme tab' method but always there is some error that leaves only half the theme applied. This is the case with every theme I try except the 'tigris OS' them.

What I did is extract the 'A_New_Start___June_2010___1_1_by_alecive.zip' file. Then I opened the theme window and pressed on INSTALL button and browsed to the extracted folder. In there there are two files that end with .tgz and .tar.bz2. I tried both and the second one installed while the first one won't. So, in the list of themes, I cilck on 'a new start' and the theme is applied but it looks nothing like your screen shot.
Error message: "This theme will not look at intended because the required icon theme 'AwOken' is not installed."

First, take a look on the readme file, there is such a file explicitly to show and describe what there is in the download archive.
However, if you only try gtk and metacity, the only thing you have to do is follow what is written in the error message: install the icon theme called AwOken!

Yes, my dad read The Hobbit and LOTR out loud to me and my brother, then again to my sisters, and AGAIN to my youngest brother! My poor mom is the only one in the house who doesn't like the stories very much, haha.
Have you read the Ben-Hur book? It's pretty good, although it gives away the ending sometimes.
