It sometimes disconnects and if it is connected, sometimes it does not register the mouse/pen. Also the drivers on the website don't work ;-;

okay. this is what I will offer for advice (cuz I'm not always the best with tech haha
check your pen tip out. There might be a slight jam between the tip and the pen. That happened to me, at least, and I had to pull the tip out and replace it with another tip.
Another tip: see if your wire is okay. perhaps it's isn't connect properly.
If worse comes to worse, u may have to go back to where you bought it and get it checked out.
