oo i'm bad at explaining things so hopefully this makes sense~ I made the buttons myself in my drawing software and then uploaded them to my sta.sh, since it's technically an image hosting platform, I am able to copy the "image url" from the image in sta.sh to use anywhere on the web. You can also just use your da gallery or scraps but I personally don't like to clutter mine with assets for my groups/profile

Then I go to my edit group page and i use the following code (but without the * in it)
<*a href="LINK GOES HERE"><*img src="IMAGE URL GOES HERE">

all it does is integrate the image with the link code, which is done by adding the end bracket of the "a" after the image code!
