I'm working on a painting right now, supposed to be an action scene. Also talking about drawing a comic with my co-worker who would write it. That may or may not happen. Been mostly just doing studies lately and trying to learn more about composition.

Are you able to draw things on the fly? Like if I asked you to draw a Hippo wearing a tu tu and talking to a polar bear could you do it? Are you good at quick doodles?

Well when you're looking at something to draw how do you go about telling your hand to create it? Do you see what you're drawing in pieces or build on what your hand is making or what? Say when you're going to draw a face, how do you start.
I've been wondering about different styles and how they come about lately

I try to make shapes and refine them into whatever it is i'm trying to draw/paint. like a face i draw an oval and then rough in the features and then go back and shape the face around the features. if i'm drawing a pose i would draw a big rectangle for the torso and rectangles for the arms and then go back and start roughing muscle mass. then i go and rough in the clothes they're wearing, and then i start finalizing the lines.
My painting style is... there's no set way i do it. I try out new things with the way i paint all the time.

sometimes I worry about having kids with a hairy guy and then having a hairy daughter. How will I teach her about plucking her eyebrows and shaving her arm hair? How did your mom make you such a well kept young lady?

I'm not hairy? ha ha ha. I still can't grow a full beard. Tell her other kids might call her a troll or something if she doesn't shave her arms and legs and shit. That'll probably work. Nobody likes being an outcast in school.
