# About me
Sean Gregory is a fine artist that specialises in oil on canvas. His clientele stretches from Europe to the USA and the Caribbean, though he spends most of the year In the Caribbean, painting commissioned art for luxury Villas. He also produces series of paintings to be displayed in different establishments on the island and internationally, as well as at his studio. During hurricane season Sean leaves the Caribbean for places like New York, California and Ireland.Sean has an Irish bloodline, but was born and raised in Durban, South Africa.
Inspired by his stepfather, Sean developed an early interest in art. In 1991 he held his first art exhibition in Stellenbosch, South Africa, a buzzing wine town near Capetown. After completing his Masters in Fine Arts and a degree in Graphic Design he left for London, UK, where he continued painting commissions for private clients.
In 2001 Sean bought a boat and sailed to the Caribbean. He utilised it as a home and art studio, sailing to many different islands working as a commissioned artist.
