I tried Smuggling Ferrets one time. But gnomes kept on hitting me over the head and stealing them from me because they needed the ferrets for their gnome stew. After that incident, I realizes that ferrets weren't really a profitable business and decided to do something else like working on that one fan fiction I'm working on.

Yeah, ferrets can be hard to fence due to those damned gnomes. But I found a way to deal with them (I won't divulge the details, but it involved highly trained bob cats), and since so few people deal in ferrets, it became a very, very lucrative business for me.
