A great guide I keep recommending is this:-

And some advice I gave on the Soda Pop site was

1- Have a good armature to sculpt on. I use straightened paperclips. Make sure the armature legs are longer than they will be on the mini. You can stick them into a piece of cork whilst sculpting. Ive got a few pics on my instagram. You can solder the joint or use cotton + super glue.

2 Use clayshapers. They have rubber tips and they don't 'snag' the green stuff. Metal tools do. A hobby knife is useful too. I use these www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLAY-SHAPER…
These really changed the game for me once I started using them.

3 Don't try to do it all in one go, unless you are baking the green stuff every so often.(with a green stuff oven (check instagram for my pringles tube/light bulb one :) (Smile) ) Green stuff takes a couple of hours to cure and if you sculpt over it it warps and it makes the process very frustrating. The oven cures it rock hard in 10 minutes. I tried to do the first Sephiroth head in one go and the first pic in my thread is the result. I don't think it looks as good as the second which I baked and sculpted in stages.
