And dont get me wrong the things that have happened to you are terrible and wrong, and a human being shouldnt have to endure, but straight people arent systematically or instituionally oppressed, disproving heterophobia. what you should do is get counseling and understand what homophobia is and why peple take offense to things like "straight pride or heterophobia"

because straight people are in the position of power, ad have been so for many years, and they have been the cause of pain for queer folk.straight people are not oppressed. There are crazy people, but not heterophobes. you should learn the difference

I didn't make the group about oppression. I know that heterosexuals aren't oppressed. But people are discriminated against for it and I made this group for them and the people who support them.

Heterophobia" happens from queer folk that have just had enough from the years of psychological and institutional oppression from straight people. And most of this "heterophobia" is nothing more than straight guilt and privilege, from being called ot on said privilege and bullshit. and i needyou to reread yourself

it is funny because you arent going to get any supporters, except from privileged homophobes and people that "dont understad why all the gay people are mad at them" when nothing has ever happened to them and no one has directly attacked them, said they cannot marry, they are not owed a normal life, said they cannot work somewhere, kicked out of someplace, killed, denied basic human rights for their sexual orientation/race.

Im not tryna discredit your expeiences, but this "heterophobia" discredits real homophobia and real acts of violence against straight people from angry(read crazy) queer folk and soon you are going to see a lot of bigots in your group

If I get bigots in my group, they're straight out and blocked. That's not what that group is for.

Also, I digress about only queer folk who have been discriminated against will discriminate against straight people, but unless you want to hear that argument I'm not going to explain. Do you?

I was actually planning on creating a sister group to HeteroVictims called HomoSupport. Also, I've allied HetVic with a GSA group who accept the cause. I do not believe providing people a place to go for support is to discredit anything else. HetVic was created to support other victims.
