The joys of programing.Β Its been a long time since I had to anything dealing with programing.Β So much time and money wasted at college.Β

Networking and Communication Management.Β A degree that sounded good but meant that I didn't have the technical skills to get an entry level job.Β Nor did I have the experience to get a 'Management' spot.Β And since I graduated in 2007 what I do have now is more or less worthless.Β The job I got out of collage was mall security.Β Still there, now working nights.Β I get to miss the crowds but kinda messes with my life a bit.Β It pays the bills so I can't complain too much.Β Co-workers and current boss is not too bad either.

Was the degree vague on its role? There are a lot of college programs outside of few disciplines are confusing in its content and isn't addressing real world need. There are cases for people to have a useful degree in surplus or people get a useless degree, most liberal art stuff fits this. And what kind of programming did you do?

The program was explained well.Β From what my foggy memory can bring up.Β It just seemed like a good idea to have developed both general office skills and have Networking knowledge as well.Β As for why kind of programing, I know Cisco and Microsoft routers/server mainly.Β I think something else but I don't remember anymore.Β

I guess that kind thing should't be count toward a degree, it is something good to know but rather it is an add on experience to specific field. There are many jobs that involve type on a computer in an office. Maybe more reasonable to be course or two? You know how to set up and trouble shoot router and servers? What class did you told you to do that? Did you learn it with networking protocol?

Ohhh, thanks for keeping me updated. Well, this week I have time to work on the 1st page of Chapter 1. Do you need me to get you some of the panels I'll be working on this week to you for reference? I'm thinking of having a shot of the shielded city Araidia from an areal view. And then I'll have another scene with a horrible apparatus used to experiment on Teeabu (one of the main characters/good guys).
Let me know if you'll be able to work on it... or when you can work on it. Then I'll get the references to you (and money too).
