I don't know what it is about my name, but every time I think I've changed it for good, someone picks up on the reference somehow. It was really frustrating at first because everyone kept asking me if “if I’m part of the x-men " when I hadn't even heard of it. Then one day, I realized that I could use this as a way to get attention. I started wearing a mask over my face in public (except when I talk) and wrote some vague bios about myself on the internet. Soon enough, people were calling me screamingmayday.
I didn't want to be taken seriously until I'd had some success fighting crime, so I decided to start small and work my way up. First, I took down a bunch of muggers in an alleyway by the train station. They tried to steal my purse after seeing how much cash I had inside, and I beat them all unconscious before they could do anything else.
