This, like my Twilight Horizon is still a WIP, though it's as finished as I'll get it right now without spending an abhorrent amount of time on it. Obviously I've got little imagination, I'm simply fixing my pet peeve of having lopsided ships. Please ask for permission if you wish to use it for anything as I am currently hoping to use them later in a book I'm hoping to finish.

The Spearhead was a modified BT-7 Thunderclap Prototype ship. The modifier was unknown but assumed to be the previous commander or owner. It was surmised by Salema’ir’arkono who found it, known as Maira by most, that it was being prepped for a mission that it was ultimately unable to join.

List of modifications:

Ship/Ship Laser cannons doubled (single barrel swapped out for an Over/Under double barrel design). Reason/Speculation: added anti ship firepower for fleet

engagements

Location of Medium Modular Cannons changed.   Reason/Speculation: Due to the need to have them anchored this will give less deviation of fire from where the ship is heading

Buzz Blaster Cannon Turrets moved further out on the hull.   Reason/Speculation: Greater arc coverage. As the Ship/Ship laser set up on the ends of the hulls was modified they now have a clear horizontal shot along the entirety of the hull. Moving them further out allowed for closer coverage of both the front and rear of the ship.

Entire ships hull reinforced further both structurally and with armor including ablative plating on the exterior.   Reason/Speculation: Greater structural strength and ability to withstand combat.

Shield setup was modified with redundant capacitors and transfer junctions. Reason/Speculation: This would allow it to last longer than a few shots from capital ships though it was not able to withstand multiple heavy blows
