First of all...this has NOTHING to do with Warcraft's High Elf Spellbreaker

Lore:
the myth of superhumans has become a beautiful fable for mankind, however...only a few people have realized...that Superhumans have lived unnoticed amongst the human race for centuries ever since the great flood. they are living with their power sealed from birth. but now...their powers are awakened. these races were called "Nephilim". Like its namesake, they are the offspring of angels and a human mother. After the flood, they were astray with no purpose, until they lived with the Human race. but now in 2028, their powers are awakened, thanks to the "Nuclear Goddess" Yukari Ichinose. ever since then, Nephilims are becoming common sights amongst the human race. a marvel to society, but also a danger to mankind.

America, 2031. the overwhelming threat of Nephilim lurks in the shadows of American society. and more people claimed them to be a spawn of mankind's sin. to combat this danger, the Faithful Foundation of America, the last, strongest Ministries in the States formed the Sacred Hand Militia. Nicknamed "Sermons", it comprises of Preacher, any Cops, ex-US Marine Graduates, and even any regular civilians. to the public, they are just citizens. but during the night, they have been actively hunting down Nephilims, capturing them, and apprehending them to the government. but they didn't realize, that a threat darker than Nephilims is approaching. will their faith be enough to stand against such menace? only God will tell...

despite being less brutal than 17th centuries witch hunters, they are still feared especially for Nephilim-kinds, especially for their interrogation system which was designed against nephilims. the Spell Breaker units are Frontline offensive power while Paladins worked as their shield. Appointed by the ministries as the main power to combat all forms of magic, and ether energy threats in America, They have dozens of machinery powered by blessed computer & light generator to do their job to hunt down nephilims no matter where they try to live.

sorry for the design, i've been playing too much Chaosbane and BY SIGMAR what have i done? it seems iv'e made an American Witch Hunter of Sigmar. A 21st centuries Witch Hunter to be exact. but less brutal and more acting like a police (X-Men's Sentinel to be exact) than a witch hunter. i'm not good at making names, but i'll give a try with any available source, and sorry for any typo.
