I like this cover a lot better than the other one as the colors are much deeper and more vibrant. The composition is spot on as well and the 3d-esque rendering of the characters suit the 3d/realistic BG perfectly.
But as Silky has said, i think some of the faces need a bit of work. Not much more but juz enough to fix em. The guy with the swords need to have his eyes closer and head a bit smaller. Heatwave needs his body to be a lil bit thicker and his thighs should taper a bit towards the knee. He also needs a lot of facial details coz he looks like a feministic anime character right now. The girl needs juz a little bit more light on her face.
Other than what i mentioned, i think this cover is the best you got so far.

I hope you don't mind a few critiques though. As has already been pointed out, Legacy's head is way too big, I'd actually say most of his anatomy looks off but the problem probably just stems from the large head. All of their faces actually look a little off, like the perspective isn't quite right. While the coloring on the background is awesome, the figures look sort of unfinished like they aren't nearly as refined as the background. Also I'd recommend either a more saturated or darker orange be used on Heatwave's costume. As it is now it almost matches his skin tone which makes his costume look ...strange.
Just my opinion anyway. My apologies if that sounded too harsh.

No problem with the criticism, if it can be that the head of the character became big, but sometimes it is just an illustrator's decision making in one way or another, thanks for comment

The background and light is kickass. No doubt about it. However I think the characters are not as refined as the BG. Talking about their faces especially, the clothes and poses are great. Could be the light though that makes them look rough
