This is an updated version of this painting( a request for a tattoo), touching up/lightening the characters and adding vines and butterflies to the borders for a more whimsical touch....much like the movie

I've never seen these two drawn realistically, this is so beautiful.

This reminds me of Tim Burton's ''The Nightmare Before Christmas'' and ''Corpse Bride''.
The ''groom'' was Jack Skellington (The Nightmare Before Christmas) and the ''bride'' (Corpse Bride) was Emily.
Awesome work. The red hair of the woman was even more so.

A perfect capture! All the Tim Burton elements with a twist of reality! I love it!! It does seem odd though, I realize it would have been hard to capture 'imagery' of love in a Halloween themed world but why butterflies? Typically they are dead by that time I believe...
