What did I use? If you mean the software, this is photoshop CS4, and the tablet Wacom bamboo fun (the old one) xD


and for the drawing, I searched for references in google, writing for example "haruhi ouran high school"Β 

then I thought that a traditional outfit would suit her and drew her like this
